Pricing

Sliding Scale Based Upon Number of Hours Used

  • $19 per Hour, 4 to 8 Hours per Month

  • $18 per Hour, 9 to 16 Hours per Month

  • $17 per Hour, 17+ Hours per Month

  • Minimum of 4 Hours per Month

Hours are invoiced monthly at the end of each month and are due by the 1st of the following month. Hours are tracked on a shared kitchen calendar managed by tenants upon approval of occupancy.

Storage

We have dry, refrigerated and freezer storage space available too!

Storage Pricing:

  • Dry Storage - $5 per Month per Shelf

  • Refrigerator Storage - $10 per Month per Shelf

  • Freezer Storage - $15 per Month per Shelf

Charis Kitchen is a shared commissary kitchen conveniently located in Eugene, Oregon near the 5th Street Market. It is approximately 1000 square feet of clean commercial kitchen space containing all the basic commercial kitchen equipment including lots of worktables & workspace. It is shared by different types of small, local food businesses including caterers, bakers, meal prep providers, and food truck operators.
